SFG is a fast-growing company. With a steady development of 20% a year and 70 employees, SFG is located in Rousset (13) - the French Silicon Valley - in spacious premises and uses high-tech and ergonomic tools (telephony, computers,…).
SFG is leader on the market of warranties' extensions and after sales mass consumption technical appliances sold to private individuals: electric household appliances « white products », image, HiFi, multi-media « brown ones »; computers equipment « the grey ones »; wandering, photo products and air-conditioning equipment.
• Sales and settlement of warranties.
• An entire coverage of services towards mass retail brands (hypermarkets, specialists, Internet, local network, kitchen manufacturers…) and all manufacturers.
• Settlement of damages on electric household appliances, sound, image and multi-media video material, data processing… (White, brown, grey products) on behalf of insurance brokers, as part of their multiple-line policies.
• A reactive and mobile team all over the territory, in charge of important and international accounts.
• A considerable intervention power with more than a thousand of technical partners and certified stations covering the whole national territory that will intervene for SFG in the respect of procedures and warranties.
• An efficient hotline available from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays (except on legal holidays). This hotline consists in 20 technical advisers able to establish a phone-diagnosis upon the first call and settle insurance damages.
• A back-office pole controlling the follow-up of interventions, in connection with the technical partners, the manufacturers and the suppliers.
• A quality control department in charge of processes and their application, activities coordination, quality surveys and settlement of disputes.
